Soon after midnight, early 22nd of July, meaning, the 21st at night, at about 2:36 GMT, the Moon and the Sun will encounter each other, as seen from Earth, or course, and we will have a New Moon and a Total Solar eclipse, second new moon in Cancer of the year. The path of the Moon’s umbral shadow extends across India, China, some Japanese islands and the south Pacific Ocean.
The first Cancer New Moon on the 22nd of June, made an opposition to Pluto, and the following Full Moon and lunar eclipse was on the 7th of July in the Capricorn-Cancer angle, few hours after the Moon had contacted Pluto in Capricorn. Couple of day before that eclipse, meaning when the Moon was approaching Pluto, the confrontations of China between the uigur muslims minority and the han mayority, left 184 people dead and 1600 wounded.
This time around, the Solar Eclipse with Sun and Moon at 29º of Cancer, makes another contact to Pluto. A 150º angle, a quincux, and although this is not as confrontational as an opposition, still is a tense aspect-
It also makes a quincux to the Jupiter-Neptune-Chiron conjunction.
Both contact are evocative of the archetype of change, transformation and healing. Opening up to new possibilities, finding different solutions to the same problems.
The need for change (Pluto)in idiosyncrasies of these different ethnic groups (Jupiter in Aquarius), the finding of a settlement at home (Cancer) is one of the obvious issues of this eclipse. Places like Darfur, Rwanda, Irak, and where ever there are issues of confrontational ethnic or religious groups, trying to live together in the same home are the dangerous areas.
At a personal level, Cancer, Capricorn, Libra and Aries, are the signs most affected by this cosmic event. Each sign in their own way are redefining the concept of home. Many of these people have probably lost theirs homes, with the crises, are in the process or have moved out for different reasons from their place or are considering doing that.
I personally have quite a few clients with these situations. Many of them with the cardinal signs in the angles of the birth chart, or with the Sun or several planets in Cancer, Capricorn, Libra or Aries.

Uranus trines this New Moon, so we can be sure that there will be unexpected events that night. This will be more noticeable in the lives of those who like to keep things under control at all times, like Capricorn.
This type of energy is just not controllable, at least at an emotional level. Relax and trust your instincts and pay attention to what is being shown to you. Saturn is square Venus in Gemini as well, so there will be more serious talk than usual in relationships, and financial situations to take care of, for those born in the mutable signs: Virgo, Pisces, Sagittarius and Gemini.
Many people with Aquarius Rising with the triple conjunction for Jupiter-Neptune-Chiron in the ASC, also have the Saturn-Uranus opposition in the 2nd and 8th house angle, have financial situations to take care of, many have written asking about it.
Not everyone is going to have a drama, that night, many people follow the eclipse path for the rare opportunity to see the Sun disappear for few minutes. Many will be doing so, and NASA will probably post it in their eclipse web page, since they are sure to be recording the event.
